Sunnynook was a village south of Hanna, Alberta that has sadly ceased to exist. Our first litter was born during the summer while we were doing our field studies on hawks and ground squirrels in this area, although we actually lived in Edmonton, Alberta for most of the year then. We adopted the name of this village as our kennel name. Our dogs have always been a sunny spot in our lives, no matter where we've lived!
